01 / Available certificates of analysis

Read the report.
Check the lot.

A certificate of analysis (COA) records selected tests, methods, specifications, and results for an identified lot. These are the available reports linked here; they do not represent every past or future lot.

Match your bottle’s lot number. If it differs from a report above, contact BosWell with the product name and lot number to ask for the relevant report. A report for one lot does not verify a different lot. A COA is not FDA approval or proof of health benefits.

02 / Understand the numbers

Extraction ratio and
test results answer different questions.

What 8:1 means

An 8:1 ratio describes eight units of dried mushroom starting material for one unit of extract, measured in the same weight units. For example, 8 grams to 1 gram.

It does not mean eight times the benefit. It also does not establish a beta-glucan percentage or show how a finished supplement performs in people.

What a beta-glucan result means

A beta-glucan assay measures a specified component in the material tested. The available Nammex Lion’s Mane ingredient COA reports 18.61% beta-(1,3),(1,6)-glucan for lot QYZHE2509.2-81.

This is an ingredient result. It is not a beta-glucan result for every BosWell capsule or for the Reishi and Turkey Tail formulas, and it does not establish a health outcome.

03 / Read the evidence in context

Ingredients have research.
Finished formulas need their own evidence.

A study of a mushroom, vitamin, mineral, or different preparation does not establish the same result for a BosWell finished formula. The reports linked above concern product quality, not clinical effectiveness.

Why include nutrients?

Vitamin D contributes to calcium absorption. Vitamin K has roles in blood clotting and bone health. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function. Vitamin C has roles in collagen production, antioxidant activity, and normal immune function.

Those established nutrient roles do not prove that adding a nutrient “activates” a mushroom or guarantees a particular outcome.

A note on individual results

These pages do not establish a guaranteed improvement in focus, sleep, or immunity, or a timeline for noticing a change. Customer experiences can vary.

NCCIH describes the research on magnesium supplements for sleep disorders as limited. Review the evidence alongside your own needs and professional guidance.

04 / Label transparency

See the whole formula.

“Fruiting body” describes the mushroom material used in the extract. It does not mean a capsule contains only mushroom. Review the nutrients, capsule shell, other ingredients, and serving size too.
