Subscription Policy

Overview

BosWell Brand offers subscription options for select products to provide customers with convenient, recurring deliveries. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription Policy.

Subscriptions are optional and not required to make a one-time purchase.


How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize BosWell Brand to automatically charge your selected payment method at the chosen delivery interval (for example, monthly). Orders will continue to process automatically unless the subscription is modified or canceled.

You will receive the same product at the selected frequency without needing to place a new order each time.


Billing & Charges

Subscription charges are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. Prices, discounts, and shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address and local regulations.


Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email.

From your account, you can:

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Skip upcoming shipments

  • Update payment information

  • Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before the next scheduled billing date to take effect.


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no future charges will be processed. Any orders already processed or shipped prior to cancellation are not eligible for cancellation.

There are no cancellation fees.

Subscription orders follow the same refund and return policies as one-time purchases. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.


Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability.


Price Changes

In the event of a price change, you will be notified in advance before the updated price takes effect on your next subscription renewal.

Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future subscription orders.Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
